Firstly, belonging to Tangshan, Hangu is chosen because of the good investment environment. Secondly, its transportation is convenient. Hangu Management District is located in the heart of city group of Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, and it is a piece of enclave of Hebei embedded in the hinterland of Tianjin Binhai New Area, which is 150 kilometers from Beijing.The project has three phases, the first phase covers about 2,000 mu with a planned investment of RMB 5 billion.
