May 19th,  the 6th China National Furniture Association (CNFA) Council has been held in Beijing. Council attendance contained the representatives of China Provinces and City Furniture Association, and China National Furniture Association Vice-Chairman，Executive Director as well as other members of Council.

Main issues of this council: Election of the principle people in charge of CNFA，Discussion and deliberation of  related institutions of CNFA,  Lectures about the trend of China's economic operation and future development in a new era. 

Via the election:

 Xu Xiangnan, Director of Personal Department of Party Building from China National Light Industry Council, has been nominated to be the New President of CNFA;

Zhang Bingbing, the Vice-President and Secretary General.

CNFA is is a nationwide organization with 28 provincial and municipal associations and more than 3,000 corporate members throughout the country. CNFA has sub-councils for upholstery, materials and accessories, office furniture and furniture distribution. CNFA's nationwide network not only has dominant influence of China's furniture industry but also links the Chinese market with the overseas furniture industries.
