In the October of 2016,  Jack Ma has put forward a new concept to redefine the retail industry in the Ali's Computing Conference in Hangzhou. That was totally a new word about the retail industry in China, and also it has made a long and deep influence in the industry. So that, with the popular of Sharing economy, penetration of cashless payment, modern logistics, high technology used into the real life, big data, unmanned supermarket, AI and so on, it seems that the new retail does really infect the life.

 

 

 

The Jack Ma's new retail has been blowing for nearly two years, from the lightest format convenience store in the retail industry to the most heavy-duty home furnishing store in the home industry.
