Former Baidu executive Xiang Hailong, who became the CEO of Gome Online in August last year, made an official appearance with Gome Retail CFO Senior executives such as Fang Wei and Gome Retail Vice President Wang Wei explained the positioning and characteristics of the "True Happiness" APP, as well as the new model and strategic direction of Gome to build an online platform as the main platform and a dual platform for online and offline local life.

"True Happiness" APP, as the new portal of Gome's retail online, has added video shopping guides, including Meixin, short video + live broadcast + events and other content modules, as well as small program interactive shopping.

While maintaining the growth of the main home appliance business, Gome will also increase the development of non-home appliance business. "Several of Gome's vertical businesses, including home improvement, home furnishings, and fast-moving consumer goods, are expected to grow. In the future, the proportion of Gome's main home appliance business sales will also increase, but it will decline in the entire Gome's 'home·life' ecological strategy, and the proportion of new product consumption will increase substantially."
