On March 24, IKEA announced that it will test the launch of the IKEA WeChat Small Program for shopping in the Chinese mainland market. The small program can provide consumers in 227 cities and regions across the country with about 9,300 IKEA products, and provide door-to-door, installation, and return services.
Prior to this, IKEA China has accumulated more than 29 million IKEA fans on the WeChat platform through subscription accounts, service accounts, and membership small programs.
