Ashley Furniture HomeStore held the grand opening of its second HomeStore in Guatemala City on September 2nd at 7:00 pm. The new HomeStore has a 11,904 square foot showroom located on 18 Calle 25-76, Zona 10 Edificio Rambla 10, primer nivel, local #1. The interior architectural design includes fine finishes, professional lighting and complete home furniture room settings down to the final detail of table lamps and area rugs.

This facility will employ approximately 60 people. It is the second Ashley Furniture HomeStore owned and operated by Homemart Corporation. The entire HomeStore, including its showroom, office, and receiving area, is just over 20,268 square-feet There are more than 640 Ashley Furniture HomeStore locations worldwide.

The store features bedroom, dining room, upholstery, motion upholstery, leather, occasional tables, entertainment centers, home office, youth bedroom, recliners, mattresses, lamps, accent pillows, throws, area rugs and accessories. The youth bedroom section showcases the “Ashley Kids”, a place for children to have a little fun and try out the selection of kids’ bunk, trundle and conventional beds; desks, mattresses and dressers. The bedding gallery exhibits the most popular mattress brands, including Ashley Sleep ™ one of the fastest growing mattress brands in the world.
