On January 7, Holike released an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Holike Creative Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hubei Holike”) issued the  document Reply to the First Batch of High-tech Enterprises about Hubei Province in 2020 from the Office of the National High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Leading Group, which learned that Hubei Holike was recognized as a high-tech enterprise.

According to relevant national regulations, Hubei Holike can continue to enjoy the national preferential tax policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years (from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022) after being recognized as a high-tech enterprise. That is to say, corporate income tax is paid at a tax rate of 15%.
