How to distinguish spotlight to downlight

Although it will be more expensive, I personally recommend buying LED lights with high CRI. The so-called color rendering index refers to the sunlight as a reference. The closer to the sunlight, the higher the rendering index. The spotlights used in my home now have a CRI above 95, which is very comfortable to use. It is not comparable to ordinary LED bulbs. Spending money on pursuing this performance can still significantly improve the happiness index.
