French trade show owner SAFI has declared its inaugural Maison&Objet Americas show a success.

The show, which took place May 12-15 at Miami Beach Convention Center, featured more than 350 exhibitors from 24 countries, and attracted more than 8,600 unique visitors from 82 countries. The majority of them (70.6 percent) were from the U.S.; 29.4 percent were international (nationalities were not specified), and 15 percent came from Latin America. Of those, 39 percent were interior designers, architects and decorators; 6 percent were developers, hoteliers, and restaurateurs or in the public building sector; and 33 percent were high-end retailers and distributors.

Maison&Objet Americas will return with two halls in 2016, when it will take place May 10-13.
