PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y.—Lighting company Modern Forms has introduced the new Helix LED luminaire, which features dramatic curves and contours that define its design and up and down lights.

IP65 rated for wet locations, Helix is hand formed of heavy gauge aluminum. This 8-watt luminaire operates without the use of a transformer or driver and can be dimmed with an electronic low voltage (ELV) dimmer. Utilizing proprietary LED technology, Helix is available in a 3000K color temperature with a CRI of 85 and has a 50,000 hour rated life.

Available in two sizes; 17” tall, 6” wide and 4.5” depth, and 24 1/8” tall, 8.5” wide and 6 3/8” depth, as well as two architectural finishes; Graphite and Bronze, Helix fixtures can accommodate a wide range of interior and exterior applications.
