Admiral wants to ensure seafarers get more than they bargained for. The flagship brand of the Italian Sea Group has unveiled a new 131-foot (40-meter) model that offers the space and amenities of a much larger superyacht. Named after the Italian word for “40,” Quaranta is the product of a collaboration between Monaco-based studio the A Group and the Italian Sea Group’s Centro Stile. Labeled “contemporary and modern” by the Italian yard, the semi-custom cruiser showcases sleek, elegant lines that flow from the sharp bow to the sculpted stern.

Italian shipyard Benetti has launched the latest unit in its 49.9-metre B.Now series at its shipyard in Livorno, Italy. Named Asani, the yacht started construction in 2022 and has her delivery scheduled for August according to BOATPro. Exterior design is owed to British studio RWD, while interior design has been styled in house. This unit deviates from previous deliveries with a slightly more voluminous main deck and a selection of interior finishes by Njord by Bergman.

The new Otam 90 GTS, a 28-meter yacht, recently completed its sea trials and exceeded its contractual speed expectations, achieving a top speed of 45 knots, surpassing the expected 42 knots. Designed by Umberto Tagliavini and Aldo Scorzoni of Marine Design & Services, and featuring custom interiors by Giuseppe Bagnardi of BG Design Firm, this yacht is set to debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024.

Van der Valk is helping one seafarer go bigger and better than before. The Dutch shipyard has just announced it is building a third custom superyacht for a repeat client with ever-changing needs. Named after the Portuguese word for “raft,” the 115-foot Jangada takes design cues from the 82-foot Jangada and the 105-foot Jangada but is longer and more luxurious than its predecessors.

Burgess has announced the sale of the third 44.1-metre hull in the Benetti Class range, with delivery scheduled for 2026. This marks the second unit sold by the broker in three months. The model is the Italian shipyard's flagship fibreglass build and borrows several cues from the Motopanfilo 37M, including an indoor-outdoor layout and informal, family-centric design. Exterior and interior design is owed to Giorgio M. Cassetta.
