Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. This Balsamic Vinegar the most precious in our PGI variety : very thick, with a velvety sweet taste, tasting it you can feel all the different characteristics coming from the different wooden barrels in which was aged : from the spicy hints (juniper wooden barrels), vanilla hints (oak barrels) sweet and honey hints (acacia wooden barrels) to the fruity hints (cherry wood). This Balsamic Vinegar is perfect in order to garnish important dishes such as aged cheeses, grilled meat, risotto, desserts, strawberries, fruit salads, dark chocolates, etc.… or tasted pure as a natural digestive at the end of the lunch/dinner. |
