Upholstery manufacturer DeLandis Furniture has expanded its High Point showroom for the upcoming High Point Furniture Market.

The China-based manufacturer said its 12,500-square-foot showroom in Plaza Suites, space 407 is 50% larger, enabling it to display more than 35 power motion designs, including sofas, sectionals and home theater seating, all with top grain leather/match covers, lay-flat mechanisms, gel-infused memory foam cushioning and USB ports. The designs can be mixed and ordered in any of 16 top grain leathers.

“We have seen a sharp increase in demand for DeLandis products and are continuing to take significant positions on Top 100 retail floors throughout the country,” said Classic Brands CEO Mike Zippelli. “We have maintained a very competitive pricing strategy at $499 for power motion leather/match. The new DeCoro program is also priced aggressively in top grain and splits which is a more acceptable combination this quality upholstery.”

DeLandis Furniture was established as a U.S. brand in 2013 through a partnership between Classic Brands, LLC. DeLandis is has a two-million-square foot factory in Quanzhou, China, where it also manufactures specialty foam products.
