Qeeka (Jia.com) is a Chinese national e-commerce website for decoration, building materials and home furnishing. It provides a complete set of e-commerce for domestic building materials, home furnishing products suppliers and decoration design and decoration construction management service providers through Qeeka e-commerce platform.
Qeeka was established in August 2007, completed the A round of financing in December 2010, completed the B round of financing in April 2015, and completed the C round of $22.3 million in March 2018.
The number of shares in the global offering of Qeeka Technology (1739.HK) is approximately 242 million shares and the final offer price is HK$4.85.
