We are here for more than 10 years experience and we provide one-stop service including mould design and making, die casting, mechanical maching like drilling, tapping, deburring, polishing, cnc milling maching, cnc turning maching and also surface finish like powder coating, painting, sandblasting, plating, electrophoresis , anodizing, Teflon coating, ceramic coating and assembly. We provide die casting from 800Ton -2500Ton machine. Our cnc department takes 2 shift working to ensure the delivery time. Except the basic production equipment, we also own a professional RD team, antique tooling workshop, cnc precision maching workshop and powder coating shop. The abundant equipment and precision control process ensure the good quality and delivery time. Our main products include commercial lighting like outdoor and indoor lighting housing, LED cooling model, Telecom parts like cover for various case and cooling heatsink, furniture parts like various structural parts like handle , table leg. Electrical parts like electrical tools. Electrical machine rotor , and hardware parts. We have long term cooperation with some famous companies in both domestic and internal market.
