Shanghai's Largest IKEA Shopping Center Will Start to Build in September, Covering an Area of over 70,000 m2
The new site of IKEA is located in Xinyi Town, Changning District, covering an area of over 70,000 square meters and a total construction area of 437,000 square meters.
The IKEA Gathering Project at Block 16-2, Fuquan Road, Jinzhong Road, Linkong Park will start in September. The IKEA Shopping Center is the first integrated shopping mall built by the IKEA Shopping Group in Shanghai. The fourth IKEA store in Shanghai, which is familiar to everyone, will also be the largest tenant in the complex.
Its covering an area of over 70,000 square meters, the total construction area is 437,000 square meters, including underground building area of 258,000 square meters, underground space of 4 floors, and design of more than 2,700 parking spaces.
The whole project is invested and developed by the IKEA Group, which is owned by the IKEA Group. It is an important hub-type business office complex connecting the South and North Lingkong areas and the west side volley SOHO. It is also the key to complement the commercial short-term business of the Airport Park.
The IKEA shopping center includes about 300 international and domestic fashion apparel, catering and leisure coffee, entertainment, electrical stores, large supermarkets, cinemas, cultural education and a variety of leisure and sports service partners.
